In prenatal and perinatal healing we learn that we develop in a sequence. This sequence has concentric rings or layers of experience, and we can explore these experiences within each layer. This class will offer a map for you to dip into your own history in a gentle way with meditations and guided sensing journeys, and then creatively express what you find through collage. Katharine Knapp is a licensed professional counselor and a certified SoulCollage® facilitator, and Kate White an integrated bodywork practitioner trained in prenatal and perinatal healing and Director of Education of an 11 module course exploring prenatal and perinatal health. Together, they will take you on a creative journey to heal your earliest experiences, transforming them into art and connection with a like-minded community. Come join us!
