Leading Edge Somatic Skills Study Group

Picture
What is a "Leading Edge"?  Simply put, the "leading edge" is a term coined by Ray Castellino that means a primary therapeutic window for healing and repatterning imprints that are overwhelming, and running unconsciously in our lives. While working in our leading edge, we can bridge and integrate the energy that has been frozen or encapsulated in our bodies with the skills of presence, conscious awareness and the bodily, felt sense.  You can learn to recognize your leading edge, and gain skills and practice to change the pattern!  You can choose a new way.  Come learn!

Testimonials:

Thank you so much for this rich, soulful and lovely course. I feel very fortunate to have had the chance to participate in such a unique seminar. It touched and moved me at many levels and I surprised myself shedding tears when I left the last LE Zoom meeting. It was very impactful for me and I use the tools and resources you taught us in my life and find them to be accessible and effective. I feel very resourceful towards my own healing when “something” comes up. Thank you!!! -- Nancy in Canada

By listening intently and offering gentle feedback, Kate reminded me how miraculous it was that I was creating another human. She helped empower me as a woman. I left feeling better all over – inside and out!
