Food and Logistics for Birth Process Workshops
The Bridge is very peaceful and comfortable. (see bridgebetweentheworlds.com) There are 4 rooms available there, and two have their own bathroom. These rooms are $100 a night. Rooms that share bathrooms are $90. The staff stay in the cabin on the property. There are trails to walk, plus an outdoor bath and hot tub that we like to use most evenings under the stars. Bring your bathing suit. There is a sauna as well. Many participants use these amenities. You are not required to stay at the Bridge. There are hotels in Charlottesville, and other airbnbs nearby.
Dinners are provided for the night before to the final night. We prefer to have fresh cooked food available for you in the evenings after your processes rather than to have to prepare food. We provide vegan foods, and there are eggs and roasted chicken for those who need more protein. For $150 you have access to all the foods that we purchase, make and have available. You are not required to participate. You can bring your own food, or go out for dinner at the end of the day. We usually prepare:
You have the option of recording your sessions. If you want a recording, I have thumb drives available for purchase for $10. You can bring your own as well. Please bring one with lots of space on it for your recording.
Payments are due one month before the workshop begins.
