Prenatal and Perinatal Dynamics Staff

Kate White, MA, BCBMT, RCST®, CEIM, SEP is an award-winning somatic therapist, prenatal and perinatal educator. She is trained in somatic therapies, prenatal and perinatal health, lactation, brain development, infant mental health, and has specialized in mother-baby dyad care using somatic prevention and trauma healing approaches for nearly 20 years. She is a mother of two children, holds a BA and MA in Communication, is a Registered Craniosacral Therapist in the Biodynamic Craniosacral method and a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner. Her work combines somatic therapy with brain development to help give families with babies and small children the best possible start. She was Founding Director of Education for the Association for Prenatal and Perinatal Psychology and Health from 2013 – 2018 where she managed a large online educational program for professionals. She currently co-directs this department, administering an online program for parents and parent professionals, runs a private practice and offers her own seminars through the Center for Prenatal and Perinatal Programs. She has trained with many advanced instructors including Michael Shea, Myrna Martin, Karlton Terry, William Emerson, Ray Castellino, John and Anna Chitty, Ariel Giaretto, Berns Galloway, Kathy Kain, and Stephen Terrell.

Annie, Freeman, BCBMT, RCST®, IBCLC, CIMI, CEIM enjoys providing a space for humans becoming, for little people and big people, for growing younger and growing older. She says, "I appreciate the beauty of a 3-dimensional breath, the art and science of the body in movement and the mindful pauses in the everyday rounds. I feel best when I find a place where stillness and the sacred are welcomed; where health, comfort and safety are unfolding. I live and practice in Sanford NC. My husband and I share four wooded acres with two cats and innumerable birds, snakes,

Lois Trezise, CNM is a native of York,Pennsylvania. She received a BA in languages-Allegheny College (1970) and completed her midwifery training at University of Besancon, France and Booth Maternity Center, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (1973-78), ASN – Regents External Degree Program 1985, Masters in Midwifery-Stony Brook University (2005). She has also completed the following: Hypnosis Certification –American Society for Clinical Hypnosis (2007), Certified Lactation Consultant- 2010-present, Prepared Childbirth Educator- PCE. She is a consultant for home visiting prenatal, post-partum and breastfeeding nursing service – Winston Prouty Center, Brattleboro, Vermont and a member of the Brattleboro Perinatal Wellness Initiative- sponsored through the Vermont State Health Department. Lois has worked at Booth Maternity Center for 4 years, had a rural homebirth practice in New York State for 6 years, been a clinical midwife and director of September Hill Birth Center in Montour Falls, New York for 5 years and a practicing midwife at the Four Seasons Midwifery Practice in Brattleboro, Vermont for 13+ years until she retired in 2015. She has teaches childbirth preparation featuring self hypnosis and pre and perinatal information.

Margaretta is an intuitive healer and clairvoyant who assists clients in connecting with all aspects of their multidimensional selves so that life can be lived and experienced from a larger perspective and a higher frequency. She has learned how to access wisdom directly from the higher planes.
Her approach to transformational healing combines her formal training at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing, The Virginia School of Massage, studies in acupressure, Shiatsu, guided imagery, numerous Buddhist retreats, and all levels of Reiki training with her own unique experiences of self-healing and self-transcendence. She is also certified to teach Integral Hatha Yoga. Her love and appreciation of nature inspired her to create Bridge Between The Worlds, a retreat center with a mission to assist others to connect with the essence of spirit and intelligence in nature and to recognize the healing power of the elements in the natural world.

New Mexico, Colorado, Maryland, and Tokyo, Japan.
