Attachment 101
This is a basic class about attachment patterns. There will be a short lecture about each attachment pattern: secure, ambivalent/anxious, avoidant, and disorganized. Work in small groups will include identification of patterns, movement and action (embodiment), and discussion. 2 hours long.
